Overview
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa using Paxi and The Courier Guy. You’ll be able to choose your preferred option at checkout, based on how fast you need your order and how much you’d like to spend on delivery.
Delivery options
Paxi (PEP-to-PEP)
Your order is delivered to your nearest PEP store, where you’ll collect it once we notify you it’s arrived. This is our most affordable option, ideal if you’re not in a rush.
- Estimated delivery: 7 – 9 Business Days
- Cost: R60 — calculated at checkout based on your order size
- Estimated delivery: 3 – 5 Business Days
- Cost: R120 — calculated at checkout based on your order size
The Courier Guy (door-to-door)
Your order is delivered straight to your address. This is our fastest and most convenient option if you’d rather not collect in person.

- Cost: R140 — calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size
**The Courier Guy (PUDO locker)
PUDO Locker-to-Door: R99 1–3 business days
Processing time
Orders are processed within [insert timeframe, e.g. 1–2 business days] before they’re handed to our courier. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details where available.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly through:

Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you on time, delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and aren’t guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high demand, weather, public holidays, or address/access issues. We’ll keep you updated if we’re made aware of any significant delay.
Incorrect address details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We’re not able to cover the cost of re-delivery if a parcel is returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
